4 March 2009 during the wine tasting festival “Grand Cru Union” in Beijing: Dinner accompanied by Bernard Magrez's Grands Crus in the presence of Mr. Magrez, at the French gourmet restaurant Le Pré Lenôtre in the Sofitel Wanda.
A wonderful evening spent with several journalists, Phillippe Magrez and Lionel P. Houliat (Director of Sofitel Wanda), which gave us the opportunity of dining together and tasting some of the exquisite wines produced by the Magrez vineyards: Chateau Pape Clement Rouge 2005, Chateau Pape Clement Rouge 2004, Chateau Pape Clement Blanc 2005, and Chateau La Tour Carnet 2004.
25-29 August 2008: Gastronomic Week at Pre Lenôtre (Sofitel Wanda).
For a week, Le Pré Lenôtre created the event by hosting the team from our Guide Michelin-starred restaurant, The Metropolitan.
Lobster roasted with olive oil and fennel mousse with vanilla, fillet of beef cooked à la ficelle spring onion ravioli with ginger, Jeremy Morin, the young and talented chef of the Metropolitan, presented his style of cooking to Beijing's food lovers.
